Return Eligibility

• You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Digital products (like ambience scene packs) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

How to Request a Return

Email us with:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of the issue

• Photo or video proof (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it ASAP — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
